About the Role
As a Dietitian with MD Home Care in {suburb}, you’ll provide expert nutrition assessment, counseling, and meal planning to help clients improve their health, manage chronic conditions, and enhance their quality of life. What You’ll Do
- Conduct comprehensive nutrition assessments
- Develop personalized nutrition care plans
- Provide medical nutrition therapy for various health conditions

- Provide education on healthy eating and specific diets
- Monitor nutritional status and adjust plans as needed
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals
- Maintain detailed clinical documentation
- Contribute to NDIS and aged care reporting

Required Qualifications
Our dietitians must meet these requirements to ensure the highest quality of care for our clients:
- Bachelor or Master’s degree in Nutrition and Dietetics
- Accredited Practising Dietitian status with Dietitians Australia
- Strong clinical assessment and counseling skills
- Knowledge of therapeutic diets and medical nutrition therapy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in community or aged care settings (preferred)
