Required Qualifications

Our Disability Support Workers must meet these requirements to ensure the highest quality of care:

• Genuine passion for supporting people with disabilities
• Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent (preferred)
• Strong understanding of person-centered support
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Physical capability to assist with personal care and mobility
• Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle

• National Police Check
• Working with Children Check
• First Aid Certificate
• Manual Handling Certificate
