About the Role

As a Home Modifications Specialist with MD Home Care in {suburb}, you’ll design and implement modifications that enhance home accessibility, safety, and independence for clients with disabilities, mobility challenges, or age-related needs. • Provide quotes and manage modification projects
• Ensure all work meets relevant building codes and standards

Required Qualifications

• Trade qualification in carpentry, building, or relevant field
• Experience in accessibility modifications and universal design
• Knowledge of Australian Standards for access and mobility
• Understanding of NDIS and aged care requirements

• Reliable transport and current driver’s license
• Strong communication skills to work with clients and therapists
