About the Role
As a Personal Carer with MD Home Care in {suburb}, you’ll provide essential personal care services that help clients maintain their dignity, independence, and wellbeing. This position offers flexible working arrangements and the opportunity to build meaningful connections with clients.
What You’ll Do
- Assist clients with personal hygiene and grooming
- Help with showering, dressing, and toileting
- Support clients with mobility and transfers
- Assist with medication reminders
- Prepare meals and help with feeding if required
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Assist with light household duties
- Document care provided and report any concerns
